Enterprise Account Executive – for a market leader in the Unified HCM & Analytics Software space.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Work with wider teams such as Account Managers or Client Strategists to support the development of long and short-term strategies
  • Selling full suite of software solutions to enterprise customers across a range of verticals in the French territory
  • Take client briefs, liaise with project management hub and brief teams as appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Provide client reporting on an as-needed basis

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • At least 6 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the HR, HCM or Talent Acquisition space.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task

 

Location

  • Office based in Paris need to be commutable to this but can work remotely.

 

Package

  • Up to €110,000 base salary, double OTE – Uncapped
