We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised leader in software solutions for the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

 

Our client provides innovative, cutting-edge technology that empowers businesses in vertical markets such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Automotive, and Aerospace to optimise operations and drive efficiency.

 

As part of their ongoing expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team, focusing on developing and closing complex software deals across Belgium.

 

Position: Regional Sales Manager – Belgium

Location: Belgium

Salary: Competitive base salary + OTE and benefits

 

Role and Responsibilities:

🔍 New Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and closing high-value software deals within key verticals.

📊 Account Management: Leverage existing accounts while actively hunting for new opportunities to maximise revenue.

💼 Strategic Sales Approach: Engage with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to demonstrate business value and outcomes.

👥 Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning software solutions that deliver tangible ROI.

📊 Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the region.

🔍 Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, positioning our client’s solutions as market leaders.

💡 Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

 

Key Qualifications:

🌟 Proven Sales Experience: A strong background in complex software sales, with a track record of securing high-value deals in sectors such as Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or Aerospace.

💡 Hunter Mentality: A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales, with the ability to generate new leads and drive pipeline growth.

👥 Relationship Builder: Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels, including senior executives.

🌈 Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate software solutions, working with technical teams to address client needs.

🌍 Languages: Fluency in English and French is preferred; Dutch is a plus.

💼 Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into manufacturing and industrial verticals is highly desirable.
