Training

Client experience is at the forefront of ESP’s Vision so it’s important to equip our Consultants with skills that are second-to-none in the industry. Our Consultants at all levels follow an on-going modular training programme which is delivered by both management and peers. These training sessions are interactive, fun and interlinked with our career progression framework which means our Consultants are encouraged to apply their training to their work.

As well as group sessions our Consultants benefit from one-to-one training with an external recruitment expert. These specialist sessions focus on individual improvement and allow our team to enhance and fine tune their skills in a tailored environment.

Our team have clarity on career progression thanks to a clear career progression framework. This outlines exactly what is required at each level to be promoted and is linked to both performance and training comprehension.
