How ESP helped

In December 2021, ESP got in touch with the VP UK at Alert Logic. They found it increasingly difficult to find good candidates and sell Alert Logic as a great organization to join. They needed to fill their sales position before the end of Q2.

After an initial briefing with ESP’s cyber team, the hiring manager had a shortlist of five senior sales candidates within 5 working days. ESP worked closely with the hiring manager to understand what needed in the DNA for a salesperson.

All 5 candidates that ESP introduced made it to the formal interview stage.

The hiring manager was helped to get these candidates through a 3-stage interview process over the next ten days. The chosen candidate had many opportunities with other vendors, but ESP helped Alert Logic to secure their first choice.
