How ESP helped

We got in touch with the VP EMEA at Neustar Managed Security Services. He has been using a well-known agency in London to fill three senior enterprise sales roles in the UK. They had failed to fill the roles after 5 weeks, so ESP’s call was timely!

After an initial video call with ESP’s cyber team to discuss the role, the hiring manager had a shortlist of five senior sales candidates within two working days. ESP worked closely with hiring manager to understand what the right DNA was for a salesperson and all 5 candidates we produces made to the formal interview stage.

We helped the hiring manager get these candidates through a 3-stage interview process over the next ten days. This resulted in two of the candidates securing job offers from Neustar. All of these candidates had multiple opportunities with other vendors but we helped Neustar secure them over the competition.
