With the product NEXT, they offer a tailor-made business system with a focus on production.

NEXT strategy is via organic growth and growth through acquisition. Since the start of 2014 -2021 they have delivered over 50% CAGR.

The challenge

Next One Technology were looking to appoint senior software salespeople in the UK, with a strategic decision being taken to expand outside of the Nordics. In a market which is currently flooded with Tech Salespeople looking for new roles, it is more important for Next One to find top-level salespeople with a proven track record, and who would fit in culturally with the existing team.

The solution

As part of our retained and exclusive services, ESP consultants qualified candidates track records, targets, earnings (p60’s) as well as career ambitions and suitability for the role before submitting them for interview and placing two candidates. When niche market requirements come into play and different countries, the search becomes an even more difficult one. ESP were able to put forward a list of outstanding candidates and manage a successful campaign in a relatively short timescale.
