The job:
- You will be responsible for managing the transition of new business customers to account management for identified accounts across multiple verticals.
- You will ensure that all existing and new accounts are monitored and reviewed in line with agreed schedules.
- You will ensure that existing processes are used to deliver first-class customer service for all existing and new accounts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue across current/future years in line with OTE targets.
- Lead and manage the contract renewal process.
About you:
- A proven track record in selling IT or Technology solutions B2B is a must
- Builds mutually profitable relationships based on trust and integrity for the long term
- Takes a proactive approach and likes to find innovative solutions
The package:
- £45,000-£55,000 base
- Double OTE (uncapped)
- Location: Remote working – HQ in Salford Quays
