Enterprise Account Executive – for a market leader in the Unified HCM & Analytics Software space.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients.
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
- Work with wider teams such as Account Managers or Client Strategists to support the development of long and short-term strategies
- Selling full suite of software solutions to enterprise customers across a range of verticals in the French territory
- Take client briefs, liaise with project management hub and brief teams as appropriate
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Provide client reporting on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skills
- At least 6 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the HR, HCM or Talent Acquisition space.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
Location
- Office based in Paris need to be commutable to this but can work remotely.
Package
- Up to €110,000 base salary, double OTE – Uncapped
