Who Are Northgate?
Northgate is a market leading provider of specialist software, outsourcing and Information Technology solutions and services into the human resources management, local government, education and public safety markets. Northgate aim to redefine the perception of public services by improving communication and vital information with its users. Their clients include; government departments and agencies, local authorities, blue light services, hospital, transport providers, utilities and housing providers throughout the UK and worldwide.
Northgate currently employ more than 2,300 people in the UK and across the globe. Northgate was acquired by Cinven (a leading European private equity firm) in Dec 2014.
The Challenge
Since its acquisition, Northgate have been focused on driving growth through their sales and management teams in order to achieve Civen’s business plans. Through this growth initiative, Northgate sought a range of multiple senior sales professionals. ESP has been at the forefront of these hires which have been throughout the UK in different areas of their IT services and software solutions businesses.
